MacGregor Wins Optimist District Golf Title!

Rob MacGregor II is on his way to compete in the Optimist International Golf Championship held at the PGA National Golf Club in Palm Beach Florida! After qualifying for the Optimist Michigan District Championship with a victory at Royal Oak Golf Club May 29, 2009, he went on to capture the District Title at Shanty Creek Resort in Bellaire MI. Rob carded a 2 round total of 148. This year, in 2 Optimist Golf events, he has prevailed in a 4 man playoff and a 2 man playoff! Rob says that he hopes to play well at the International Tournament. Then it's back to Pinnacle High School where he will continue his education and play for the Pinnacle Boys Golf team.
